MrMyers. I appreciate your analysis.! My thoughts are. => If the IGPK shares are not adjusted (via RS) then current JFHE shareholders would possibly get 2.625 shares (thats 1.68 B / 640MM ) for each of their JFHE shares. This would only consider the 1.68 B shares held at the DTC. If full AS of 4.65 B is used then JFHE holders would get 7.27 shares (4.65 B / 640 MM) for each of their JFHE shares. But that would entail using the entire AS which I don't think any company would want to do. Normally non issued shares are usually held for future needs.

All of this though is based on the assumption that all of the assets of JFHE are loaded into IGPK. (which I believe will happen).
